The role of the Board of Directors is to govern The ASCO Cancer Foundation. An elected body of 13 volunteer members, the Board of Directors consists of the Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, and ten additional elected Directors. Board members include both oncology and non-oncology professionals, each an outstanding member of his/her profession. Board members serve a term of three years. The Chairman also serves as an ex-officio member of all standing Board committees.
