The Board of Directors of The ASCO Cancer Foundation is appointed by the Board of Directors of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, Inc. Additionally, the Board of The ASCO Cancer Foundation includes, as ex-officio directors, the ASCO Chief Executive Officer, and The ASCO Cancer Foundation Executive Director. Appointed Board members serve a term of three years.
